Please Help! PMC Won't Verify Server!

Hello all,

I am currently experiencing a problem on PMC when trying to verify my server.

The other day i was looking at my account on PMC and i happened to notice that my server was offline. I quickly logged onto my server and it worked fine, I then got a friend to log on from the IP and he could get on.

My IP is 'chaoticdreamzpvp.zapto.org' I am using NO-IP to get a free dedicated ip but PMC doesn't seem to recognize the IP.

So on PMC i retried the NO-IP IP and it wouldn't work, i tried several times yet still it didn't work. I then typed in the external IP (the number one) and it still wouldn't pick it up.

I have recently switched my server to spigot instead on craftbukkit. Could this be causing the problem?
