I have been getting reports back that people cant log in to my server it shows online and people who logged in before unknown point are able to but new users cant i was using bukkit dev 1.6.2 so i back up server/wiped parent dir restarted as default and still people cant log on i went to planetminecraft got a few test subjects and still no one can log in

This is impossible to fix via messages please tell me the host you are currently using and pm me more exact of the issue its either plugins, whitelist, or something on the server. Also i do recommend you give them a ail of your issue if you already done that and they cant fix please unsub their hosting company and switch. Also send pm me your server.properties file and tell me what plugins you use and also the amount of ram in use.

It isnt called bukkit dev for nothing, problems like this arise in the bukkit coding especially in the DEV stage could be that or it might not. I would suggest using spigot instead as a 1.5 server with the 1.6.2 client access enabled until beta or full version of bukkit is released, im not sure if spigot has released their own version yet but they are normally very fast with this stuff.

i disagree a bit with aman207, i belive that multycraft is a realy nice host. see i tryed 3 other hosts and i ended up in multycraft, i am in love with their support. i live in europe and the host servers are in usa, in european time (10 am) thats 3am there, i send a ticket and few minits later i recived a reply. anyways about your prob, are you sure you didnt changed anything at the server.properties file? (i mean the given ip or port)

Well that's a crap host. I think this is a host problem because if your deleted your entire server and it still doesn't work, that tells me its the host.
have ticket open but at this point unhappy with response time and host support and i have gave them the link to this thread
You might want to talk to your host. They will be able to assist you better.
