Please help with permissions.
I'm starting a public server with a few ranks, but I am having trouble setting up permissions. Can someone do my server permissions for me?

Sorry it changed back to green when i reloaded.

Before i pastebin, id like to say when i do /plugins, permissionsex shows itself in red
