Please Help Me With Votifier. I'm Desperate!

A long time ago, when I first installed Votifier, it worked wonderfully! I had it and another plugin called JCVaultListener working together to give money to players who voted. But then... I removed JCVaultListener because I wanted to find another listener that gave items instead of just money. I found one - but it didn't work for some reason. So, I reinstalled JCVaultListener only to find that it also no longer worked.
Since then, I have installed several listeners only to find that none of them work. PMC and Minestatus have always told me that they have been able to successfully connect to Votifier on my server, so I have just assumed that I have been doing something terribly wrong.
But things have changed. Today, I just uninstalled Votifier and removed all of its files. I then (just to see what would happen) went to Planet Minecraft and Minestatus and tested their connection to Votifier on my server. THEY BOTH SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTED ALTHOUGH I HAVE UNINSTALLED VOTIFIER FROM MY SERVER!!!!
WTF is going on? Please, someone HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Note: I have had the same issue as you are describing, Could you please re download the votifier plugin along with GA Listener make sure in the GA listener config file you leave it at Default for the name of the service DO NOT ADD THE NAME OF THE SITE. I had the issue where I changed the name and it didn't work so leave it as Default and don't bother with the MC-Index. As long as it is default and when the service names are supposed to be in the certain places they say {service} make sure to leave it like that. Also unlike in past Votifier plugins you do not need to put it in the Votifier listeners folder. Just install GA listener like you would any other plugin. Make sure in Votifier your IP and port are correct and that they are the same on your voting sites
I have votifier installed and GAListener my votifier config is host: s2.hosthorde.com port:8192 and the other 2 things and i have in the listener map the flatfilevotelistener.class.
And in my GAListener i have planetminecraft.com:

I gave it a try and same issue. It is not that places can't connect they all say connected successfully. The problem is that when i send a test package nothing ever happens. No messages on my console at all. Thanks for reply BTW
Actually, when I got Votifier, I also got JCVaultListener. I had the same problem, where it didn't work at all, and PMC couldn't connect to it. Then, I took another look at the top Votifier listeners, and noticed the most popular of it's kinda by far is Vote4Cash. It's very simple, giving money to players when they vote. It's very customizable, and works seamlessly. There is probably a way to fix this problem, such as updating Votifier, but give Vote4Cash a try, please.
Votifier version 1.9 and Votifierscripts version 1.1. They are indeed compatible and I have read about many that have gotten them to work together. I am just really at a loss to what to do because I even have Votifier in debug mode and I get nothing on my console. Im not getting errors or INFO
Check to make sure Votifier is up to date. Along with all of the listeners you have tried, and make sure that the current version is compatible with Votifier.
BUMP. I am having the same problem. I have tried many listeners as well as plugin listeners such as JCVaultListener and Voitfierscripts and I get nothing. No errors, it shows that votifier loaded successfully as well as the plugins but nothing happens.
As far as the test votes they just say successful if they were able to get the package to your specified port. In other words if the port is open then they will report success.
If you have solved this problem please let me know because it is driving me crazy.

After doing some reading, I reinstalled Votifier, updated my RSA key on PMC, and then put Votifier into debug mode. I then went to PMC and sent a test vote. Most people get some kind of error on the console when Votifier isn't working correctly. I get NOTHING. It's like Votifier is completely shut down or refuses to recognize my server. I have 30 other plugins that work great! It's just Votifier that is giving me hell!

no idea check to see if its all gone and when you removed it was the server stopped? if not it recreates all files
I've restarted the server many times and have looked through my files. Votifier is definitely gone. But SOMEHOW PMC and Minestatus are still connecting to the ghost Votifier!
