this is in the essentials conf in the bottom and if that doesnt work look in your plugins folder if there is an odd one then copy it to your desktop and then delete it from the plugins folder and see if its gone i also advise to make everything more secure and make it so you are the only one that can access the files
also have a look in the perms folder if they dont have the - '*' perm at default rank
