Plot/Shop plugin? Need answer asap!!!!

I was wondering if someone knew a plugin that could make a curtain area a place where an assigned player could not destroy my placed blocks but could only add there own and destroy there own? Like a shop. But I control what it looks like and they control what they sell? Need answers pronto

You could try RegionForSale or Plotme.
Well I think you can use a combination of Worldguard and Essentials Protect/Antibuild...
