PlotMe glitch deleting plots in 1.7.9

On my server, there is a biome glitch which deletes plots when the server restarts. It looks something like this:

I have reimported the world with /mv import plotworld normal -g PlotMe and I still get the same problem. Is there any way to fix this? My players want to keep their plots without me having to reset them all.
Any help would be appreaciated!
