Plotme is messed up, urgent help

So I've recently gone into my plotme config and tried to create a second plotme world, well that didn't work out. it makes a plotme world, but no plots are recognized. Now when I go to my main one (which has builds on it) it doesn't recognize that any more. Someone mind helping me? I've had to white-list my server so no one goes on and griefs the living daylight out of other plots.

Here's what I want:
1. My 100x100 main plotworld to be fixed (meaning plotme recognizes it as a plotworld and the original owners owning their plot)
2. A new 32x32 plotworld
