Okay I disagree with all of these.
Putting the player name before or at some random place in the command will not make it work. You must make the player run the command.
I'm assuming you are using Essentials, so what you would have to do in the command block would be "sudo @p plotme auto". If you did not want it to be random, then you could put the command block in each claim with "sudo @p plotme claim". I am unsure of whether or not that will automatically clear the plot, but if it doesn't, then add a comparator (or repeater) out of the command block and make the command "sudo @p plotme clear".
And there you have it.
Ask if you need any more help!

My idea with the cords would work fine it is just a design using vannilla minecraft. Opposed ro your version which is dependent on outside plugins to work effectivly. If anything my design would be better for continous useage. As we would not need the plugin to update.

You could do this for a circular plot relatively easily. First establish a scoreboard objective called Plot. Once that is done you can have a command block under the pressure plate set the players plot score to a number corresponding to the plot you give them. Inside the plot it would need a redstone clock hooked up to a command block that would set all players game mode to adventure mode unless they had that plot numbers number. Then you set another one to check for everyone out side the plot and set them to survival so they reset when they leave. Alternatively you could switch the system so those within their corresponding plot get survival mode while those out side their plot are in adventure mode. Sorry this is the best i could do. If you need any more help or specific commands email me a minionsofhaba@gmail.com .
