PlotSquared Claiming Problem! (Prob An Easy Fix)

So I can make a world and everything with PlotSquared. When I try to claim a plot however, it says it is claimed, and it will put a sign on it. It does not change the stone slabs to sand stone slabs though. Because of this plot merging will not work either. How can I fix?

Hello this could be a problem when you setup Plot Squared, make sure you're using the latest build of Plot Squared and the latest version of Spigot 1.10.2 or make sure you choose the correct version to match with the version of Plot Squared.
The recent builds of Plot Squared provides tons of bug fixes such as the big black hole.

and maybe this could also be a problem if you're using a multi world server, you don't need a multi world to make PlotSquared.
