There I preformatted the Essentials Chat section of Essentials Config just delete the old and paste in the new. Hope we helped!

Bpermissions or Pex can manage permissions and prefixes like that alongside a chat plugin, like bchatmanager (bpermissions) or pex's version, OR just essentialschat, that will handle them both.
There aren't really any good plugins that only assign prefixes, and they need a permissions plugin to be there in the first place, rendering them pointless.

You can do that with..
Essentials (with EssentialsChat)
1. Go to Essentials Folder/ Config
2. Open with notepad.
3. Scroll down to ===EssentialsChat=== Part
4. There will be something like " {WORLDNAME} {GROUP} {DISPLAYNAME}: {MESSAGE} "
5. Add {WORLDNAME} (you can also customize colours with &)
Example Result: &3{WORLDNAME} &f[&3{GROUP}&f] &f{DISPLAYNAME}: {MESSAGE}
*You may need GroupManager for {GROUP} to show.

or with PEX + ChatManager
