Hello, does anyone know a 1.7.2 WORKING plugin that you can add Potion Effects to any item? We are trying to do magic with colored dye where when you hit a person with the dye ( different colors for different magic ) It will give them a effect.
EG :
Name : Dark Magic
Item ID : Gray Dye ID here
Potion Effects : Potion Name : % of chance : Time
Lore : &0Blinding Magic
Durability : 1 hit through infinite
Or something similar?

Or you could just recompile an old version of an existing plugin to work with 1.7.2. This is easy and FREE!
