Plugin Coding Software

Is there a plugin coding software that uses buttons to code for you? Such as if I want a plugin to have ranks I click the ranks button and it codes out that, not as complicated as ranks, but you know what I mean, less coding for me, easier as well

I think the closest you'll be able to get is most likely looking at tutorials on Youtube. I have found a guy named PogoStick29dev. He's pretty good and goes through most of what you need to know. I know that this is probably not something that you're looking for, but it's probably the closest you going to get.

I am not aware of any working plugin coding software. I was working on a plugin generator a while ago but the project has been put on hold and the download links are no longer active.
I would suggest going over to the Bukkit Forums and submitting a plugin request. If your idea for a plugin is good and you provide a detailed description of it, one of the friendly plugin developers may help you out.
