Zombie plugin help please?

Is there any known plugin to make it where only zombies spawn in randomly around the map or just when its night?

A plugin to put items in a chest. when they are taken out it respawns after a while. Is there such a plugin?


Do any of you know what plugins those might be? I've seen it on servers before
