Plugin help...

Hello people of PMC I am the owner of "The Shadow Network" we are a network of different game modes and servers. The server is still in early alpha as we are still building the spawn and getting all the plugins we need. I have been searching around on bukkit a while to find the plugin where you click on a compass, or paper, or what ever and a little chest opens up with all these items you click on which tp you to a server. Is this a private plugin or can I find it on bukkit? I would like it when you come on the server you get it in your inventory and every time you always respawn with it. Please help.
