Alright, just creating a server and I have no Idea to install any plugins, I know how to use them but don't know how to install them!
The one person who helps out the most can be OP or Co-Owner on my server

If you have a Craftbukkit server, make sure your up to date.
I use CB 1.1 R3, but 1.1 R4 has just been released, but not many plugins will support it yet, so it's your choice.
With regards to installing plugins, download them from bukkit.org or anywhere else you can find them. They should be a .JAR file.
1) Stop your server
2) Drag the file into your Plugins folder
3) Start your server and then stop it (only stop it again if you need to edit the config)
4) Start your server again
