Plugin Help

First off I would like to apologize if I posted this in the wrong place.

I am looking for a Teleportation /portal plugin where the player walks through a portal and they go to a designated place via PermissionsEX

For instance, if I had 3 ranks A, B, and C in the perms it for A it would be
- portal.warp.A then when the player walks through the portal they do /warp A
and for rank B
- portal.warp.B and when they walk through they do /warp B
and for rank C
- portal.warp.C and when they walk through the portal and they get teleported to warp C
Does anyone know if a plugin like this exists? if so can you give me a name or link, thanks in advance!!!
