Plugin Help, and in need of Builders

I have a new server and I am looking for just a spawn builder. It is a survival/pvp/griefing server.

For plugins, I need help setting up perms for my admins, mods and players to my liking. I have had a little bit of help from two people that are helping me, but they are not available often.

Just post what you need help with using PEX. I use PEX and it's pretty easy and simple for the permissions.

Sorry, I don't give our my skype. Post a new thread or this saying need help with PermissionsEX. I browse Server Help sometimes and I click on PEX alot. I don't know the full features but I know the basics to set permissions, inheritance, etc.
