I have been recently working on making my server bukkit, we have everything [Spawn, Worlds, etc..] but are lacking permissionsex/permissions plugin. My members that join that are NON op are not able to chat. And we need rank prefixes! Can someone be willing to help me get these ranks with prefixes and i will give them the DEV Rank and $10,000 on my server! My permissionsex file [Just Downloaded] is here
Also, we need help with the economy part of the server. We have a economy server, with survival towns...., and we are setting up a prison world. Is there a way to have seperate balances per world? and if so, how!

If you're using modifyworld, you need to provide them with the permissions to chat (modifyworld.chat).
