I am a Father & son server owner at the moment we have 10 slots we are using https://minecraftserver.net/billing/aff.php?aff=060 it has a Multicraft Control Panel.
we are currently trying to build a factions/economy/pvp/skyblocks server this is the list of plugins that we are using.
My question is do I need an additional permissions plugin such as bukkit permissions AND are all these plugins compatible with each other??? i would like to know before setting up everything and it not work do to oversight and non compatibility

I prefer Group Manager myself.
PEX tends to break plugins sometimes.

Thank you
It's what I hate about the forums, spammers get the attention of everyone, and the lower level/unknown threads are just buried. Anyway I'll help you out while I'm here.
I recommend you use PermissionsEX. It's an easy permissions plugin and stays up to date (due to it being built on CB Code). You can set up ranks, permission nodes, use prefix/suffixes and so on. Completely customisable, and more user friendly. BukkitPermissions isn't however, and has to continually update.
But it looks like you have GroupManager so you can use that if you wanted instead.
