I have worldguard and vault, but how do I set up private homes for each donor(They are very small unraidable homes inside safezone) but I don't know how to set it up and do I need any other plugins for them?

You aren't able to let the donors build inside their houses if you put it in the safe-zone. But if you move it outside the safezone you can do /region claim <NAME REGION> & then you do /region addowner <REGION NAME> <PLAYER NAME>
