Plugin Help Please :)

I'm looking for a plugin that can have multiple chats like for example

I want to have a regular chat where all the players on my server can talk normally but have a side chat for admins where my staff and i are the only ones who can see what we say and i can switch chats like /normalchat and /staffchat. Is there any plugin like that? i appreciate any help i can get.
