Plugin Helper

Hi! My name is Carter and I recently opened a minecraft server. This server
was themed off of the Hunger Games. We first started out with having a piston
pushing you up to the arena. Then we found a plugin that was a lifesaver.

How we used it:
First we do /games accept which accepts the next command
then we use /games tribute name to add them in
next we use /games prepare which rises them up
lastly we do /games start to start them.


I was wondering if someone could create me a plugin that
does the following:

Users can do /games voulenteer. I would like to let players play while no
admins are online.
I was wondering if you could make it where when X users voulenteer, it does
the /games prepare command. Then after that it counts down. When it gets to
one, it does /games start. When their is one tribute left, the plugin announces
who won and teleports them to spawn. I was wondering if you could use
that name string to give the player 30 diamonds.

I would be prepared to give any reasonable offer, like a staff position, for
this plugin to be custom made. I appericate it!
