Well when you 'sayed' bukkit that doesn't define the plugins. 'God thing' doesn't help much either. What are the names of the plugins.

i got craft bukkit 1000 i think it 1000 from bukkit.org

Are you sure you aren't missing required plugins for it, or you don't have required server settings?
godPowers doesnt need anything extra so i dont see why his isnt working and excuse my inproper grammar and spelling im tired xD
