Plugin problem

(english is not my first language so there might be some spelling mistakes)
So there is a server plugin that you guys probably have already seen before which is the one that makes every mob explode, i really wanted this plugin to play with some friends and i have found a very similar plugin in CurseForge, but the plugin doesn't work at all or maybe i just didn't know how to install it, so i searched more to see if there was any other plugin that is working and i didn't find anything but the same plugin i have, and i wanted to know if i didn't install it properly or if the plugin just doesnt work.

I was using a spigot server, i thought that might have been the problem since i suppose this is a bukkit plugin but apparently bukkit plugins run perfectly in spigot servers and vice versa.
