Plugin question?

Hey, I'm wondering if there's a plugin of which will create a "Player" To stand somewhere, and that I can use Groupmanager to add a * node to that "Player"

Then, I can use command blocks to do /sudo "Player" manuadd (user) (group)

So basically, a fake player that has all perms, of which I can bounce commands from with command blocks, to make an automated ranking system.
