I couldn't find anywhere else to put this so here it goes:
Let me know if this is possible. I want one of my donor ranks to be allowed to fly but I don't want them to be able to kill or be killed. For example, Once they start flying the server senses that and applies some kind of god and anti-pvp.
I want this basically because I want them to use it more for travel and less for attacking others although I can already see some exploits but it's my problem to control how they use it. Maybe not allow them to fly if another player is in x distance or if they are in another faction's land (I use the plugin factions). Thanks for reading this and hopefully giving it a try.

Easy enough.. We have a similar plugin [custom] on Monstercraft. Basically a vanish command that you can't get hurt in/can't attack while vanished ^~^
