Plugin that sends players to spawn everytime they join?

Well, I have a new network called "The Evolution Network". I need a plugin that sends a player to spawn every time they join. Please help me!

I need this plugin for my lobby server so when they join a different server thru a portal, they wont be in the portal when they come back to the lobby.

HELP!
