So, I should be getting my Sever in a week or two, I have downloaded all the Plugins I want and have the Jar files ready on my Desktop.
I have 29 Plugins prepared and downloaded, am I able to just drag them ALL into the Plugins Folder at the one time or do I need to do download them one at a time?

All at once will work fine. It unpacks and installs them separately anyway.
