Do plugins install if they are not the same version as the minecraft you are using? Cus i can't find any 1.8.8 plugins that i need , and when i try to install ones that aren't the same version ( 1.8 or something similar ) it doesn't install it....... ( I use Bukkit btw ,and it's an online hosting thingy , so i can't change it to spigot or anything )

Most of the time 1.8 plugins will work with 1.8.x servers.
If it's a different "main version" (i.e 1.7 / 1.6) then it probably won't work.
