Plugins??

Hello. I need help with a plugin. My server host allows a max of 10 plugins so I need to be careful. Can someone make a compact plugin for each plugin 1 2 etc or tell me a plugin (not essentials) with the following or similar commands (craftbukkit) I would prefer if all the economy plugin and faction plugin were compatible

Plugin 1- Essentials for Admins
/promote IGN- Promotes to a higher rank
/demote IGN- Demotes to a lower rank
/group create NAME - Creates a rank
/group set IGN NAME- Moves someone to a certain rank
/group setladder NAME NUMBER- Sets how high up on the promotion ladder it is e.g Owner is 1
/group set prefix NAME PrefixHere- Sets a prefix
/group addperm NAME command- adds a command that the group can use e.g /group addperm Helper /tempban
/nick IGN [nickname]- Sets a nickname
/tempban (NAME) {TIME (in minutes)} [REASON]- Tempbans a user with a reason
/tempbanip (ip) {TIME in minutes} [REASON]- Tempbans an ip with a reason
/ban (NAME) [REASON]- bans a user with a reason
/banip (ip) [REASON]- bans a user with a reason
/unban IGN- Unbans user
/unbanip IP- Unbans ip
/mute <IGN> {reason}- Mutes user
/tempmute <IGN> {reason} [Time in minutes- max of 30]- Tempmutes user(for helpers)
/unmute IGN- Unmutes user
/kick IGN <reason>- kicks user with optional reason
/kill IGN- kills player
/eat- feeds you
/heal- heals you
/invsee IGN- sees what is in the other players inventory good for proving xray or staff abuse cant take out items
/admininvsee IGN- same as invsee but you can take item out.
/god- makes u immune to damage /god again to take off god
/v- makes u invisible and cant interact with game commands. /v again to be visible
/kickall - kicks all players with no explaination lol
/freeze IGN- freezes player they cant move or chat
/unfreeze IGN- unfreezes player
/suicide- kills yourself
/head iGN- gives you that players head. Has to have connected to the server before
/warp set NAME- sets warp where you are
/warps- lists warps
/warp NAME- goes to warp CaSe SeNsItIvE
/spawn- goes to the spawn
/setspawn- sets spawn
/tpo IGN- overrides the tp request thing and tps you to that user
/tpohere IGN- overrides tprequest and tps that user to you
/tpa IGN- requests to tp to that user
/tp IGN- requests to tp to that user
/tpahere IGN- requests for a user to tp to you
/tphere IGN- requests the user to tp to you
/tpaccept- accepts the tp
/tpdeny- denies the tp
/broadcast MSG- broadcasts something to the server AKA talk as the server
/stfu public- hides public chat for you.
Other Commands i missed that are obvious
NOT SMITE/EXPLODE AND THINGS LIKE THAT

Plugin 2- Economy
/bal- shows ur balance
/sellhand- sells whats in your hand
/sell inventory- sells whats in your inventory
/sell type- sells everything in your inventory of what your holding. sell hand and sell inventorys offspring
/setbal <IGN> $Balance- sets balance.
/baltop- shows the top balances on the server
/pay <IGN> $Amount-sends money to another user (if you have enough)
/shop- brings up a shop gui that allows you to buy items from the server.
/setprice buy <cost> sell {cost} (itemid)- sets the buy and sell price from the server store for an item.
/withdraw $amount- withdraws a banknote of the amount
/deposit $ammount- deposits the money from a banknote into your account
/trade IGN- sens the user a request to trade. if accepted it will open a trade gui for secure trading.
/tradeaccept- accepts a trade
/tradedeny- denies trade
Other obvious commands i missed

Plugin 5- Factions
Basic factions commands as well as
/kit create NAME- Creates a kit using the items in your inventory
/kit NAME- gets a kit
/kit cooldown NAME <cooldown in minutes>- adds a kit cooldown
/kit delete NAME- Delets a kit
/f bypass- allows me to bypass a factions f claim so i can break blocks and inspect their base
/f setwarp- set a faction warp. each warp costs 50k to set
/wild- teleports to random place.
/f admin IGN- essentially makes a person a co leader. same permissions as you apart from /f disband and /f admin and a couple of others
/f mod IGN- lower then admin (few less commands then admin)

Plugin 6- Holographic displays
Already have this plugin

Plugin 7- Obby Destroyer
Allows obsidian to be destroyed using TNT

Plugin 8- Safezone creator
Some sort of plugin that allows me to make places where people cant build/hurt
each other

Plugin 9- Auction
So like a /ah type deal

Plugin 10- Better spawners
Adds ability for people to use silk touch pick to move spawners
/spawner NAME- change spawner in your hand

SO PLEASE TELL ME THE NAMES OF PLUGINS THAT HAVE THESE COMMANDS. IF THEY DONT TELL ME THE NAME OF A PLUGIN MAKER WHO WOULD Be HAPPY TO HELP ME.
