Plugins for factions and a hub
I am adding a factions and a hub to my survival server. Except for the factions plugin for the factions server are there any good plugins to get for it? And the same question for my hub. Also does bungeecord work on bukkit? If not is there any alternative?

Bungeecord isn't a plugin, It'll require another whole server just for itself, If you're not willing to switch to spigot you'll potentially face issues. I recommend you start playing with it on your own computer assuming you have atleast 6GB Of ram. (So you can run about 2 servers, one being bungeecord and not crash entirely or cause the system to page.)

He's using BungeeCord so thats not needed.

world guard(protect spawn)
world edit(create spawn)
for a hub you will need;
Multiverse Inventory(so that items don't carry over)
Heads or citizens(to show off the staff)
world guard(protect the hub)
world edit(create the hub)
