Plugins for a FactionsPvP server

What are some of the best plugins for a faction server? I would not like to use any kind of chest lock as that is not meant for factions and what point is it to raid someone but get none of their stuff. Please suggest some plugins below. Some plugins I have in mind are:
Essentials
Group Manager
Factions
CombatTag
BanManagement
WorldGuard and WorldEdit (Only purpose for building)
PlayerHeads
NoCheatPlus
CNCP
CoreProtect (Just in case something happens to spawn)
Buycraft
floAuction
