Plugins help (world edit)

I am new to all this server thing but I've been able to set up a vanilla server and forge. I need help installing world edit and voxel sniper plugins. Is there something I am missing?

Yeah, vanilla servers don't support any plugins, you have to get the correct version of bukkit for your corresponding server. Let me know if you have any more questions.
