I'm opening up a new server. It is Hamachi, no port forwarding. It's run from home (downloaded from minecraft's website). I managed to install Bukkit (It comes up in the folder as craftbukkit-1.4.6-R0.2-20121222.182654-3), which seems to be working fine on the server.
I have am trying to install GroupManager for one. The folder with all of the stuff in it- run.bat, the server properties file, etc? In it there's a plugin folder. I know I'm supposed to put the plugin (the .jar file) into that, and I should just restart my run.bat and it should work, right? Well, it doesn't, so I'm a bit muddled.
I'm not sure what other info you need, but if you have any questions, please ask. I'm hoping I'm just installing it wrong or putting the plugin .jar file in the wrong folder.
I'm no advanced computer programmer- this is how I'm learning! Thanks!

I didn't spell it wrong. But it works now, though I did nothing. Thanks!
I did /reload in game and it's working now. I think.
the only thing is, I can't enter /plugins (haven't tried other commands). I am opped. It says: I'm sorry, but you do not have permission to perform this command. Please contact the server administrator if you think this is an error.

Try checking for misspelling of your name.
