Plugins/Programs that allow Command Console on multiple comp

Are there any plugins or programs or both that allow me to share the command console on multiple computers?
I know of one for android phones, but we lack smartphones of any kind. (we have like 20 other things we can carry that use the internet)
It needs to work with windows 8 or windows in general.

You can use a wrapper which allows external access to server controls with a web panel, such as McMyAdmin or Multicraft.
