plz guys, trying to install forge.

install the version of minecraft you want
download the relevant version of forge you want from here
https://files.minecraftforge.net/
when you have downloaded it, run it
select install client
let it install
run the game
to run the game for forge with the new launcher, open the launcher
click on the arrow next to where it says play
select the profile that says "forge"
press play
