PMC Unable to ping my server

I am about to post my server on PMC, I have verified ownership and everything, but when I click "save" I get this error:

Failed to ping "74.63.217.146:25568". Make sure it is properly setup, port forwarded, online and other people can connect to it.

It is all online as far as I know, maybe it is my host?

Please help as I need to post it ..

you must port forward udp and tcp. that fixed it for me.

I do not host from home, I use a hosting company..

excuse me,
that didnt fixed my problem propably something wrong with the pinging of the site
