Pocket edition help me PLZ

Hey everyone! I know most of you prob don't do Pocket Edition, but there is a glitch when I play MCPE. MC works on the wifi, but only at my place. then when I go over to another place, I can't play MC with my wifi on. it glitches up. my wifi is fast, while the other place I go is slow. Minecraft just freezes up. this has been going on now for about a month. What should I do? (I have recently deleted and re-installed. Refreshed my tab) I can play at the other place when I am off of WI-FI. but I wanna play with my friends.





Help!!
