Port Forward Help

I have a trendnet router with a model of TEW-812DRU
My problem is that my other computers cant connect to the server. I go to whatismyip.com check the ip and poeple with different routers are able to join but people conneccted to the same router cant? Does that even make sense? Please help me i set up the TCP and UDP 25565 begin and end. I even tried setting the virtual server the same but it doesnt work anyone know what i should do? Please help me it bugs me cause i wanna run a server and play on a different computer
