Port Forward: Which device should host apps through firewall

i have been having trouble with mc servers but im not sure if its the port forwarding. For my port forwarding it asks me which computer/decice should host applications through the firewall. do I select the computer I have the server files on, or my ip address?

You should put in your IPv4 address.
If you do not know how to find this, press the windows flag + R and type in cmd
Then type in ipconfig. Look for IPv4 and follow the dots.
