Port Forwarding!`
Hey guys Ive been trying for ages to host a server for AGES on my computer and no matter what i try i cant seem to get my port forwarding to work! Ive tried to do it manually as well as using a port forwarding program! I just dont know what the problem is whenever i check to see if it works it never works!

ok good when u want to port forward go into ur web browser and type in 192.168.2.1
then go to virtual servers below the firewall when that comes up u type in ur Minecraft in the description then type 25565 in the inbound port next where it says type put it on the one that says TCP&UDP after that where it sasy 192.168.2.<blank>
go to ur cmd by typing in cmd at the search bar for ur laptop bottom left hand corner the type in ipconfig and get ur ipv4 adress and type in the last number after 2
aftter that for ur private port type in 25565 hope that helped

I use a belkin
can u tell me what router you use show i can tell you the way u need to portforward on the router.
