Port Forwarding Help!!!

I used to run my bukkit server on Hamachi, but found out that it sucks. No one could reach my server but me. Also ever since I got ESET Smart Security 5, I've been having to play in-browser (I Hate It) I deleted Hamachi and went to my Server File and Erased the old Hamachi IP. I have the Apple Airport Extreme and the Airport Express (Signal Booster) and I run Windows 7 on my HP Pavilion g6. I Downloaded Airport Utility from Apple (Windows version) and went to port mapping. I entered in my static IP address and Nest to Public UDP and TCP I put the port 25565. Then next to Private UDP and TCP i put the same (25565). I hit enter and restarted my router, it checked to see if it worked on http://www.yougetsignal.com and it said it was closed. So then i switched back to a dynamic IP address and redid the process. Still no result. Please Help Me As Soon As Possible! I think I'm going insane. I tried to see if I could connect on my other computer, I entered in local host in direct connect on my other minecraft account and it didn't work. So i tried using my hosting pc's external IP address but that didnt work either. Please help!
