Oh my! Where to begin?! Ok, regardless of your make and model of your router, the ports to forward are the same. First, you have to find the default gateway of your router which can be found by pressing the key and "R" at the same time, and typing in the box, cmd.exe. When the Command prompt window opens up, you type ipconfig. You scroll to the one that says "Media status: connected," and the wherever where it says "Default gateway: 192.168.x.x," that's your router. Simple right?
TO CONTINUE, YOU MUST HAVE ADMIN ACCESS TO YOUR ROUTER'S SETTINGS!
Now, open your browser (idc what it is, just open it) and type the number that you found when you looked for the default gateway into the browser window. When the webpage opens up, look for "port forwarding" or "virtual servers" or something like that. When you find where it has empty slots for new ports or "add new port," you type for TCP: 25565 and UDP: 25565. Once you add those, you're done.

Click here for more details specific to your router make and model if you very well please.
