Port Forwarding Not Working On Verizon FiOS Router
I own a 1.8.8 Spigot Minecraft Server, we have recently switched from Comcast xFinity to Verizon FiOS for out internet provider. I have port forwarded my server on the router homepage using my local IP (which I have made static) and the usual 25565 Minecraft Server port. I changed and double-checked all of the information in my server.properties file. Well, the server worked fine for about a day, I have my computer shut down at around 9:00 PM and start up at around 5:00 AM the next day, moving on, the next day I could connect locally but all of my friends who tried to join couldn't join. I have my external IP on a DNS host on no-ip.org so I assumed No-Ip was to blame, I checked the info and the correct IP was used. I had another theory, my Antivirus Software updated and does Real-Time Protection, I disabled my antivirus's Real-TIme Protection and restarted my PC, but, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check your firewall.
Also start your server and use this website:

Put in your server port and check if the port is open.
