Portforwarding Help?:3

I have a minecraft server, which was running successfully for around 3 days with people from all around the world joining, portforwarding working perfectly and NO HAMACHI I copied the server to my other computer, which is 64bit, so I could run the server (bukkit) off more than 1 gb of RAM. I changed the IP address in the server properties file correctly, changed my port forwarding settings in my router to match the new computer's IP address. Now all I get on http://www.yougetsig...ols/open-ports/ is that "Port 25565 is closed on *MY IP ADDRESS*" I have added port exceptions in my windows firewall and even turned my firewall off to see if it would work. I have tried using a program called "Simple Port Forwarding" and it still doesn't work.
I have added screenshots.. Also my Router's firewall settings are ok, set to low which allows the following..

Low This setting allows traffic to the Internet and also allows someone from the Internet to access services on your local network. This would be used with Port Forwarding, Default Server, WAN IP Passthrough and One to One NAT.
