Portforwarding help?

im trying to portforward my server but it just wont open the port
i just dont know what to do...
i entered the ports where i had to.
i selected the protocol and application but still..
maybe its windows firewall?
i dobt know how to operate it on windows 7

i have :
d-link DIR 615 wireless router (v8 firmware)
windows 7 64 bit
