Hello there!
Recently i've been attempting to port-forward a Minecraft Bukkit server from my own PC using Sky Broadband however its not allowing anyone accept myself to connected.
Aside from that each time I goto canyouseeme.org to check if the ports open it responds
"Error, connection timed out".
Also may I note, indeed I have my anti-viruses disabled currently therefor that could not be blocking it.
Here are all my settings.
Services:

Firewall inbound:

Firewall outbound:
Can anyone spot a error? if so please help me but may I note this did work a long time ago and i've only renewed all the ports today.
Quick update, now when I try to connect its just permanently "logging in" yet in the CMD prompt its stating my ip lost connection.

Have DMZ mode on that router? It would be a good way to test if it's Windows or if it's the router configuration.
Also Minecraft uses UDP.
Also Minecraft uses UDP.
Your ISP is either specifically blocking that port or you're under a double NAT.
Possible Issues
1. Windows firewall is blocking something
2. Your ISP has that port blocked
Those would be the most common issues that would occur

On the firewall i've now added a tcp and udp rules for the 25565. still it says the port isnt open
