I have an Motorola At@t NVG589 router. I am for some weird reason not able to portfoward. I think I have done everything right, I have set the ports to 25565 and I have the right ip address. Can someone give me a step by step tutorial on how to port forward? I miss having a server and all the players do too!!

then chose your router brand, followed by the model. Then choose minecraft server. Then follow the step by step instructions, make sure to foward port 25565. Also, make sure your server port in your server.properties is set to 25565

I went on the website and did everything it said to. They didnt have my router so I went with the one closest to it and the port didnt work. Any other suggestions?
