Potion Icons Missing?

When 1.14 came out I began noticing my potion effect textures are suddenly rendered as the Default ones. But I have never changed the name of the file or even the *.png itself.

In 1.14 they split sprite grids into separate files for:
paintings,
particles,
effect icons
I'm recommending checking 1.14 version jar
